Hi!

 

Thanks for wanting to get to know us a bit more personally.

We are a married couple of 14 years. We met in the most awesome dive bar in San Juan Capistraino. The Swallows Inn. Check that place out! 

​

Miri grew up in Gig Harbor, WA. She is an only child and found connecting with animals a great sense of joy/service. She was known as the local healer of all unwell animals as a kid. She nurtured a baby squirrel back to health as it had lost its mother. The goose she rescued returned yearly during its migration to say hello. Miri loves to connect with others and is passionate about all things love and kindness.

Neil grew up in Dana Point, CA. He is the youngest of three siblings. Neil loves the theatre and was (is?) a theatre techie at heart. He worked many various roles in the performing arts, just none of them performing. He enjoys working in the yard, mountain biking and always is working on our 1907 school house home. 

​

We have four children. Age range 4-12. Our home is filled with... [insert rearing children adjectives]. It is a busy home. We count our blessings daily. 

​

We also have, 2 pigs we rescued "friends not food", 7 cats, 3 dogs, chickens and a huge amount of goldfish in our pond.  

​

Our family enjoys camping, visiting Neil's family in CA, theme parks & overall life experiences. We value our time together.

There's so much more to know about us, and we would love the chance to connect with you over the coming years. It may be at AASECT conferences or other events in our community. We are approachable and down to earth people.
