The Purpose of Supervision
NWIOI supervision is a holistic practice designed to support students in their professional development. Supervisors aim to provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship tailored to students’ needs, focusing on ethical, clinical, and interpersonal growth. We encourage the opportunity to meet with and learn from a variety of supervisors as you advance towards your certification.
